The staff of Blue Ridge Therapy Connection is collecting supplies for the victims of Hurricane Harvey. These supplies will be donated to the Disaster Relief Food Ministry here in Stuart, VA at Lowes Foods the week of 9/4/17. Below is a list of supplies that are of most importance; but we will accept any donations. We will start taking donations 8/31/17 through 9/8/17. We hope everyone will jump on board with us and help support our neighbors in Texas and show them the love and compassion needed in this time of need.
After speaking with Jimmy Willard; he voiced that the Ministry also will take monetary donations. You can make the checks out to Disaster Relief Food Ministry. The ministry is a 501c3 non-profit agency it is a taxable donation.
Cases of water
Cans of soda, ready-to-eat foods
Paper products such as Napkins, Paper towels, toilet paper, paper plates
Flash lights with extra batteries
Wash clothes, thin bath towels
Personal hygiene products such as toothbrush, toothpaste, brush/combs, tampons, pads, shampoo, razors
If you would like to contribute to this cause, please drop off any supplies to the team here at Blue Ridge Therapy Connection and they will deliver the items to Lowes Food or contact Trish Grogan or Kelsey Fain at 276-694-7161 for more information and ways you can help.
